Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of depohelp.org (the “Website”), operated by TFT Legal Service under the name Depo-Provera Help. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Attorney advertising; not a law firm
This Website is attorney advertising. TFT Legal Service is a legal marketing and referral service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Information on the Website is general information only and is not legal advice for any individual situation. Using the Website, submitting information, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if you and a law firm sign a written engagement agreement. Only a licensed attorney can determine whether you have a valid claim.
2. Not medical advice
The Website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health information on the Website is general and may not apply to you. Do not stop or change any prescribed medication without talking to your doctor. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
3. No promise of results
We cannot promise that any attorney will accept your matter or that any claim will succeed or result in a recovery. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. References to research, court proceedings, or settlement programs are general information, not a prediction about your situation, and eligibility for any program is decided by others.
4. Eligibility and deadlines
You must be at least 18 years old to submit information (or be a parent, guardian, or legal representative submitting on someone’s behalf). The Website is intended for people in the United States. Participating attorneys decide which matters they review, in the states where they are licensed or associated. Deadlines to file a claim (statutes of limitations) vary by state; using the Website does not stop any deadline from running.
5. Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate and is your own (or that you are authorized to submit it). Submitting information is voluntary. You authorize us to share it with participating attorneys and law firms and with service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Communications
If you agree to the consent language shown in the questionnaire, you may be contacted by phone, text message, and email as described there. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can reply STOP to text messages or email [email protected] to opt out.
7. Fees
There is no charge to use this Website or to request a case review. Any fee arrangement for legal representation is solely between you and the law firm you choose. These cases are often handled on a contingency-fee basis, but fee terms and case costs vary; read any agreement carefully and ask questions before signing.
8. Third-party services and links
The case review questionnaire is provided by a third-party vendor, and the Website links to other websites, such as published research and court pages. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
9. Trademarks
Depo-Provera® and Depo-SubQ Provera 104® are trademarks of their respective owner. They are used on the Website only to identify the product. The Website is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by the manufacturer.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, submit false or someone else’s information without permission, or interfere with its operation.
11. Intellectual property
The Website’s content, design, and logo belong to TFT Legal Service or its licensors and may not be copied without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFT Legal Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
